In our second year of working with the AIA on all State and Region Trophies, Plaques and Medals, we at Kukulski Brothers want to simplify the ordering process. All AIA-approved awards are shown here in our new line of products. Please call Dave Kukulski at 480-921-1975 with any questions.

Summaries for all 2008-09 region orders are available for you to review, if youʼre new to this process. Once youʼve made your selections, please email your order to dave@kukulskibrothers.net or fax it to 480-966-1532. We must have a record of your order. Phone calls are not acceptable. You will receive confirmation with a delivery date once weʼve received your email or fax.

We have a more diverse line of products this year, based upon your requests from a year ago. You should place your basic order for region plaques and medals at least 30 days before the delivery date. If you comply, weʼll deliver everything on time. If you donʼt, we canʼt guarantee delivery when requested.

For individual region awards for MVP, Coach of the Year, etc., please try to give us as much lead time as possible. We understand these awards must be delivered for presentation on a timely basis. Please work out your timeframe with Dave Kukulski via email at dave@kukulskibrothers.net.
